Watch Tape is a programm to survey the exchangement of backup tapes. In the system tray Watch Tape indicates if the backup tapes have been exchanged, and if not, you can set an alarm time, when Watch Tape informs all users that the tapes have not been exchanged yet.
Watch Tape is no further developped, instead it has been replaced by GroupTasks which has improved functionality. Watch Tape is shareware and you are free to use it for a perion of 60 days.

Operating systems: Windows NT; Windows 2000; Windows XP; Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 requires Service Pack 6a.

Watch Tape requires the .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your computer to run. On Windwos Vista the .NET Framework is already installed. If you have internet access, the Watch Tape installer will download the .NET Framework for you. If you don't have internet access, you must download the .NET Framework as well and install it before you install Watch Tape.
